It April and the weather as felt like winter someday.  Hopefully the spring weather will come back and all frost gone.
Tomarrow we will have for supper our first green peas. The selection we like is the variety that you can eat the whole pod. I plan to steam them then toss them in melted butter with garlic (garlic also from the garden.)
Right now we have spring onions, turnip greens, mustard greens, kale, little spinach, leaf lettuce, and radishes.

So if you like any just give us a call. We plan to be at the Yadkinville Farmer Market May 8th. Hope to see you.   Momma
